Welcome to Smartboard, your tool to effortlessly selling tickets, managing events, and growing your community. This guide, alongside our tutorial video, will help you navigate through the initial setup and explore the core features of Smartboard.

Getting Started: Account Creation

1. Sign Up or Log In:
   • Navigate to the Smartboard login page.
   • If you're a new user, sign up by entering your organizer information including your email, name, organizer name, country, and currency.
   • Verify the information, click on "Signup", and confirm your email through the link sent to your inbox.
   • Set up your password and enter your phone number to complete the signup process.
     
     
2. Account Verification:
   • Click on "Account verification" to finalize your account setup.
   • With our partner Stripe, verify your account by filling in your business information.
   • Select your business type, enter personal details for identity verification, add your address, website, and review all the information before clicking on "Agree & Submit".

Congratulations! Your account is now fully operational.

1. Events:
   • Create, edit, and manage all your events.
   • Customize your ticketing service to match your brand.
2. My Page:
   • Edit your organizer page which is accessible on our app, website, and as a widget.
3. Marketing:
   • View and manage all your campaigns.
   • Manage your contacts to enhance your marketing efforts.
4. Analytics:
   • Explore various statistics about your community and events to make data-driven decisions.
5. Banking:
   • Manage your cash flow and transfer money instantly to your bank account.
6. Updates and Assistance:
   • Stay updated with the latest enhancements in Smartboard through the "News" section.
   • For help and assistance, click on the question mark "?".
   • Access your account settings by clicking on your organizer profile. Change language or log out as needed.
