Creating your event on Smartboard

1. Initiating Your Event:

• Log in to Smartboard, navigate to Events, click Create Event, and enter the general information like title, type, dates, and location.

2. Detailing Your Event:

• Click Next, enter the description, legal information (e.g., age restrictions), add a cover image (format: 1920 x 1080 pixels), and a video trailer.

3. Music and Artists:

• Specify music genres (up to 6 tags) and add artists from the SoundCloud generated database.

4. Managing and Publishing:

• Under various sections like Lineup, Tickets Listing, and Promote, manage your event details. Set your publication preferences under Visibility and click Publish event.

Your event is now live, ready to captivate your audience!
