Customizing Your Tickets on Smartboard
1. Creating Tickets:
- Navigate to your event on Smartboard, click on
Set up ticketsor
Tickets Listing, then
- Fill out the ticket title, quantity, and price, then click
2. Advanced Ticket Options:
Advanced optionsfor additional customization like adding a description, image, or editing sales settings like maximum quantity and sales channels.
3. Group Tickets and Segment Restrictions:
- Create group tickets or restrict ticket access to specific segments of your community for special pricing.
4. Organizing Tickets:
- Use the
Category of ticketsoption to organize your tickets, especially when dealing with a large number of ticket types.
5. Launching Ticketing:
- Once everything is set, click on
Launch ticketingor go to
Overview, then click on
Review & Launch ticketing, choose the date and time of launch, and click
Your tickets are now finely tailored and available for your event attendees!
