🤳 Create a SMS campaign
- On your Smartboard, visit Marketings > Campaigns
- Click on Send an SMS
3. Create your SMS and click on Send SMS
Important information
- Currently, SMS campaigns can only be sent to all your contacts; specific segment targeting is not yet available.
- We only send SMS to US phone numbers (starting with +1).
- You can send up to two SMS campaigns within 24 hours.
📈 Monitor the impact
Once your campaign has been sent, visit the SMS campaign listing on the Smartboard (Marketing > Campaigns > SMS) to see:
- How many SMS have been delivered and clicked
- How many tickets have been sold
- How much revenue the campaign generated

Yes, your recipients can easily unsubscribe from receiving your SMS campaigns by replying “STOP” to any of your SMS.

Yes, your recipients can easily resubscribe from receiving your SMS campaigns by replying “START” to any of your SMS.
