The guestlist is a way to invite people to your event, with no charges just like the invitations. Basically, it's just a list with the names of the people you wish to invite.
Creating a guestlist is quite simple. To do so, access the "Guestlists" panel:
Once there, you'll be able to create a guest list by clicking on the "+ Add Guestlist" button:
Once created, click on the "View guestlist" button:
Add the names of the guests by filling out the first and last names of the guests, and then validate by clicking the "Add x guests" button:
You can also import a CSV spreadsheet with the names of the guests. This way, you can add multiple names to the guestlist at once. Just click on the "Import CSV" button, then on the "Download a template" button. Fill out the template and then drag and drop it in the tab. Verify that the informations matches then click on the "Add X guests" button.
Remember that there is no limit to the number of lists or guests on the guest list. However, please note that there is no tracking record (data) for theses guests since no tickets are sent. You can only validate the guestlist using our Shotgun Scan app.
If you want to delete a name from the guestlist, you only need to click on the trash can icon on the right side of the name, and then confirm it:
