The tickets "Sales Period" enables you to decide when your tickets should be available for sale to maximize sales efficiency.

How does it work?
To edit a ticket Sales Period, go to Events > Tickets Listing > Edit Ticket > Advanced options > Sales period.
Sales period = Now
This is the default option
When the ticket sales period is Now
, the ticket is displayed on the event page and available for sale (if not soldout).

The ticket is available for sale
Sales period = On a specific date
When the ticket sales period is On a specific date
, the ticket will only be available for sale starting from the sales start time
.
(optional) It’s possible to pick a sales end time
. If the sales end time
is not specified, the ticket will be available to buy until the end of the event.

1- Visibility = Visible
The ticket is listed on the event page with its start date and with its price
2- Visibility = Visible without price
The ticket is listed on the event page with its start date and without its price
3- Visibility = Hidden until sales start
The ticket is not listed on the event before the sales start date
Sales period = After this ticket
When the ticket sales period is After this ticket
, the ticket will only be available for sale once the selected ticket will be soldout.
Event page display
1- Visibility = Visible
The "Late bird" ticket is displayed on the event page with price
2- Visibility = Visible without price
The "Late bird" ticket is displayed on the event page without price
3- Visibility = Hidden until sales start
The ticket is not listed on the event page until Regular bird is soldout
