To inform participants of the place of the event by email, you must create a Newsletter. To do this, go to the Smartboard, then in the "Promote" > "Campaigns" tab you must "Create a Newsletter". Once a title has been given to your Newsletter, you can edit it, add a subject, content, etc. At this point, you can choose your target audience and the type of email you want to send to your users, by selecting the option of practical information email (current event). The email will be sent to all participants.
