There are several kinds of refunds possible:
- Momentary refunds, which are done through the Shotgun Scan app directly, one by one. You have to find the ticket, click on it, then click on "refund this ticket".
- For "mass" refunds, or on a larger volume, you can contact your account manager directly and organise with him / her. Send us a message on the chat, or by email at email@example.com.
