When adding the artist(s) of the line-up to the creation of the event on the Smartboard, a drop-down list offers all the existing artists on Soundcloud. If an artist is not found, you can try to paste the artist ID (for example: https://soundcloud.com/marwan-sabb the ID is marwan-sabb).
If he still can't be found, ask him to create a public Soundcloud page in his name. The Smartboard has integrated Soundcloud and updates at the same time as the site.
