You’re selling tickets and earning money 🎉
At some point, you’ll want to transfer your funds to your bank account. This article explains how.
💡 Transfers usually take 2–3 business days to reach your account.
Access an event balance
Each event has an associated balance, which represents your total income from ticket sales minus any costs (promo codes, cashback programs, etc.).
You can access it directly from your Smartboard:
- Go to the Banking section.
- Click on the event.
- The associated balance will be displayed.
Transfer an event balance to a bank account
There are two ways to receive the available balance of your events:
1. Automatic closing payout (default)
By default, your event balance is automatically transferred to your bank account 24 hours after the event ends.
You’ll also receive your event recap email and invoice at the same time.
2. Manual payout (before event ends)
If you need to access your funds before the event is over, you can trigger a manual payout:
- Go to the Banking section.
- Select the event balance you want to transfer.
- Click New Transfer (top right).
- Enter the amount and confirm.
- You’ll receive a 4-digit confirmation code by email. Enter it to validate the payout.
