Your organizer page is your public “profile” on Shotgun. It’s where fans discover who you are, explore your past and upcoming events, and follow your activity.
We strongly recommend completing it before launching your first event so fans immediately understand who you are!

Your organizer page gathers all the key information about your activity on Shotgun.
You can fill out and edit all these settings at any time from your Smartboard. Click My page to access your organizer page.
Name, cover & logo
A clear logo and a high-quality cover image instantly give your page a stronger identity.
Featured event
Highlighting a featured event is ideal when you want to push a priority date or drive extra visibility to a key moment.
Bio & identity tags
Describe who you are and what you organize. Tags help Shotgun recommend your events to the right audiences.
Website & social links
Connect all your channels so fans can engage with you outside Shotgun.
Location & contact information
These help fans and partners identify you and understand where you operate.
Artists who have played for you
Shotgun automatically displays the list of artists who have performed at your events.

How fans interact with your Shotgun page
When someone visits your public organizer page on the Shotgun app, they can choose to follow you:
On web: every new follower is automatically opted in to push notifications and your newsletter.
On app: following opens a bottom sheet where push and newsletter opt-ins are enabled by default.
💡 Push and newsletter subscriptions are among the most effective ways to boost repeat sales.

Share your organizer page
Your page has a unique URL you can share on your social medias, partners’ communication or communication channels.
To do so, from My Page section, click on Share on the top right corner.
This helps fans follow you easily and centralizes your event discovery in one place ✨
💡 Your page isn’t visible on the app? That can be expected. You’ll appear on the app and website once you’ve published at least one event publicly.
