Changing your legal representative cannot be done directly from your account. Our support team will update these details for you once you provide the required information.

Change your legal representative
Step 1: Contact our support team.
Step 2: Provide the following documents:
- Agreement and ID of the current legal representative
- New representative personal details:
Name,Date of birth,Address,Email,Phone number - Identity document of the new representative (ID, Passport, or Driver’s license)
- Proof of address of the new representative → Find here all accepted documents
💡 The document must be less than 3 months old, clearly legible, and show the full name and address.
- Updated company statutes mentioning the change (if the legal entity remains the same)
Step 3: Once received, our teams will update this information on Stripe and your Shotgun account.
