How does automatic deletion work?
Every day, we automatically delete accounts that meet both of these criteria:
No login in the past 2 years
No purchase in the past 3 years
If both conditions are met, the user’s personal data is permanently deleted.
⚠️ Once deleted, personal data cannot be recovered and the account cannot be restored.
What personal data gets deleted?
When an account is deleted, all personal data is either permanently erased.
This includes:
👤 Personal details (name, email, location, phone number)
📩 CRM data (tags, segments, preferences)
💡 Deleted contacts will no longer appear in your contact list. You’ll still see their order data in event dashboards and sales reports and continue to process refunds linked to those orders if needed.
