Delete my Shotgun workspace

Need to close your Smartboard workspace? You can delete your account directly no need to contact support.

⚠️ Only Admins can delete a Shotgun workspace

How to delete your account

1. Go to Smartboard > Settings > Information

2. Click Delete my workspace

3. Type DELETE in the confirmation field

4. Check your inbox and enter the security code sent by email

5. Confirm

✅ Your workspace and data will be securely deleted.

What happens when you delete your account

Once you confirm deletion:

• Your Smartboard workspace and all associated data are permanently erased

• Access for all members is immediately revoked

⚠️ Deletion is final and irreversible. Make sure to export any needed reports before confirming.
