Need to change who manages your account? No problem!
Each account can only have one admin, and that person is the only one who can update banking details and the banking PIN.

Before you start
Make sure the future admin already has Editor access to your workspace.
If not, invite them first: go to Settings > Members > Add member and send them an invitation.
Update your workspace admin
- Confirm the future admin is listed as a member (Editor).

Contact our support team and include:
- The current admin’s email
- The future admin’s email
Our team will make the switch for you. Once completed, you can decide whether to keep or remove the previous admin from your workspace.
đź’ˇ By default, the previous admin will be kept as an Editor member.
