In order to receive money from your sales, you must specify a bank account to send the money to.
⚠️ Only the account administrator can add or edit the IBAN.
You must be logged in with the admin email address of the account to access the “Banking” tab in the settings.
How to add my Bank account (IBAN) ?
Step 1: Go to Settings > Banking.
Step 2: Click “Add my banking information” and provide your IBAN (or local account details depending on country).
Step 3: Confirm and save.
Review the details carefully
Confirm with the 4-digit code sent to your email address.
✅ Good to know : Adding bank information is not required to publish an event or start selling tickets, you can add bank details later.
How can I modify my Bank account ?
You have the possibility to change your bank account every 30 days in Settings > Banking > Update my bank account.
If you have exceeded the authorized limit and wish to make a new change, you will have to contact us via the form.
⚠️ Important : The bank account must belong to the legal entity currently indicated on your Shotgun account.
