- Get Your Xpress Door QR Code: You can easily obtain your personalized Xpress Door QR code (accessible here). Place this QR code at the entrance of your event.
- Attendees Scan the Code: Event attendees scan the QR code as they arrive at the event venue.
- Effortless Ticket Purchase: With options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank cards, attendees can swiftly purchase their tickets in a few seconds.
- Instant Ticket Access: Once the checkout process is completed, buyers will immediately see their ticket QR code on the confirmation page.
- Smooth Entry: Attendees can confidently stride into the event venue, where their ticket QR code will be swiftly scanned at the entrance.

After successful completion of the Xpress Door process, buyers will receive an email containing their tickets for the event.
Which Events Are Listed on My Xpress Door Page? Is Setup Required?
The Xpress Door page automatically showcases the ongoing current event or the upcoming event (scheduled within the next 6 hours). No setup is required on your end. This means you can conveniently reuse your QR code for all your upcoming events!
If there are multiple ongoing or upcoming events, they will all be displayed, and users will have the flexibility to select the specific event they wish to purchase tickets for.
Is Contact Information of Xpress Door Buyers Collected?
Certainly, both email addresses and phone numbers of buyers are collected and subsequently added to your contacts accessible via the Smartboard.
How Can I Obtain a Report of Xpress Door Sales?
All Xpress Door sales are tagged with a Door
label.
To generate a report for your Xpress Door sales:

What Happens If a Buyer Already Has a Shotgun Account?
If a user with an existing Shotgun app account scans the QR code, they will be automatically redirected to the event page within the Shotgun app. From there, they can conveniently proceed to purchase their event ticket.
