Want to process refunds but don’t have enough funds in your event balance? You can add funds (top-up) to your Shotgun account so you can process refunds without delay.
Option 1 — Add funds from your bank account
Step 1: Go to the Banking tab of your event and click Actions > Add Funds
💡 Good to know: You can also access this option directly during the refund process.
Step 2: Enter the deposit amount and click “Go to Payment”
⚠️ Note: Top-up limits:
- €5,000
- $5,000
- R$30,000
Step 3: Choose your payment method:
- Card payment — funds are credited instantly, so you can issue refunds immediately.
- SEPA bank transfer (Europe only) — follow the on-screen instructions to complete your transfer. Funds will be available within 1–3 business days.
Option 2 — Transfer funds from another event
If you already have funds available on another event, you can transfer them directly.
