Automatic sales reports let you receive key event insights directly in your inbox and share them effortlessly with external partners. Ideal if you're often on the go, work with collaborators who don’t have Smartboard access, or simply want quick updates without logging in.

Set up automatic sales reports email
Step 1: From your event’s overview page, click the “⚙️ Settings” icon, then select “Automatic Reports”
Step 2: Configure the report:
- Schedule: Choose the frequency (daily or weekly)
- Recipients: Add one or more email addresses
đź’ˇ Emails are sent based on the event's local time
Step 3: Click Save to activate the automatic report. That’s it!

⚠️ Any recipient can unsubscribe from the report directly via the link at the bottom of the email.
