How to find my transfer status?
You can check the status directly from your event’s Banking tab.
Go to the Transfer history, then hover your mouse over the small icon next to the relevant transfer to view its status.
Transfer status: Pending
First, check how long it has been since the payout was launched.
- Less than 4 working days → This is normal. Transfers usually take 2–3 working days, and may take longer if triggered just before a weekend or on a bank holiday.
💡 Wait a little longer and check your bank account again.
- More than 4 working days → The Transfer might be under review or blocked.
In this case, please contact our support team and send us:
- The name of your event
- The date of the Transfer
🇨🇦/🇺🇸 Due to local legislation, the delay may be longer for US/CA accounts (between 4 and 6 days)
Transfer status: Paid
If the payout shows as Paid, it means Stripe has already sent the transfer.
Step 1: Ask your bank to locate the transfer from Stripe, using the date and amount of the payout.
💡 If needed, we can provide you with the transfer ID to help your bank identify it.
Step 2: If your bank cannot find the transfer, or confirms it was returned but you don’t see it back in your balance, please contact our support team with:
- The name of your event
- The date of the payout
- The name of your bank
- An official bank statement or certificate showing the transfer was not received or was returned (a screenshot, PDF, or photo of a paper statement is accepted).
⚠️ With these documents, we can escalate the case to Stripe. They will trace the payout and, if needed, re-credit the funds to your account balance.
Transfer status: Failed
If your payout shows as Failed, it usually means your bank account information is incorrect or your account is closed.
Step 1: Double-check your banking details in your Shotgun account. To be safe, re-enter your IBAN.
Step 2: Confirm with your bank that your account is open and able to receive transfers.
Step 3: If needed, update your bank account information in your Banking settings.
If you’re not sure, contact our support team and send us:
- The name of your event
- The date & amount of the transfer
- The name of your bank
- Your current bank details
☝️ In rare situations, payouts may be blocked because Stripe requires additional verification documents. Check that no yellow banners are displayed in your account or settings.
