If your event doesn’t appear on Spotify, don’t worry!
The Spotify integration with Shotgun is automatic, but a few conditions must be met for your event to be displayed correctly.

How the Spotify integration works
Events are synced to Spotify using the artist lineup of your event and are shown directly in the Spotify Events section of the artist. There is no specific setting to activate on your side.
⚠️ It can take up to 8 hours for updates to appear on Spotify. This applies to new events, lineup changes, or artist page updates.

Step 1. Check your event setup
Before anything else, make sure your event is correctly configured.
Your event must be public
Only public events are published on Spotify.
Draft or private events will never be displayed.
Your venue must be properly filled in
- Use a venue name
- Do not use only a street address
💡 Spotify only displays events with a clearly specified venue.
Step 2. Make sure at least one artist is added to the lineup
Spotify uses the artist lineup to display events.
Check that at least one artist is added to your event lineup.

Step 3. Check the Spotify link on the artist page
Each artist must have their Spotify page linked to their Shotgun artist page.
How to check?
- Open the Shotgun artist page
- Look for the Spotify logo on the profile
What can I do if there is no Spotify logo?
This means the Spotify page is not linked yet.
- If the artist has claimed their Shotgun page, they can add the Spotify link themselves from their artist portal.
- If the artist has not claimed the page, contact support and send:
- The Shotgun artist page link
- The Spotify artist page link
Still not displaying?
If all the checks above are correct and the artist still does not appear, please contact support with the link to your Shotgun event and the relevant Shotgun and Spotify artist page.
- ✅ Your event is public
- ✅ A venue name is set
- ✅ At least one artist is added
- ✅ The artist Spotify page is correctly linked
- ⏳ Wait up to 8 hours for Spotify to refresh the data.
