Here’s how the “Interested” count on your event works: what it means, how we calculate it, and when it appears.
How is the number calculated?
- The counter includes unique Shotgun users who either:
- clicked “Interested”, or
- placed at least one order (no matter how many tickets were in that order).
- Each person is counted once. The number doesn’t increase when a sale comes from a user who was already marked “interested”.
Why isn’t the interested count showing?
The counter becomes visible once you reach 43 interested. Below this threshold, it stays hidden.
Can I hide the interested count?
Yes, you can ask Shotgun Support to hide the interested count for your event.
