The newsletter starts from a "false" email address corresponding to the name of the organiser in "snake case" followed by @ shotguntheapp.com.
For example, if an event organiser is called Club Shotgun, the newsletter will be sent to club-shotgun@shotguntheapp.com.
If a user replies to the newsletter email, this message will be forwarded to the email address of the organisation's account on the Smartboard.
This kind of "informative" email is not customisable like a newsletter is for example, it is relatively basic, and is sent from the email linked to the Smartboard account.
