An Event Series lets you bring all the dates of a tour or an events season together on a single page, accessible through one link.
It helps you:
- Promote all your dates at once with one link to share
- Build momentum before tickets go on sale
- Collect interested fans through pre-registration
- Maximize sales at launch, then retarget fans who have not bought yet

Launch an Event Series
Step 1. Create your Event Series page
Contact your Shotgun account manager, or our Support team if you do not have one.
We create the Event Series for you. Once it is created, you can manage it directly from your workspace.
⚠️ An Event Series does not replace your event pages. Each event keeps its own page, ticketing, and settings.
Step 2. Set up your Event Series page
Once your Event Series has been created, you can start updating its settings.
From your Events dashboard, click Series > select your Event Series.
You can edit the name, description, covers, upcoming events, visibility and publication.
⚠️ Past events remain displayed in your Event Series and can no longer be removed.
Step 3. Publish your page
Your Event Series is initially created as a Draft. This gives you time to review the page and share its link with your team before announcing it publicly.
When everything is ready, change its status to Publish.
⚠️ Your Event Series slug can only be edited before the page is published.
💡 You can keep your Series hidden or protect it with a password, just like an event. This can be useful when preparing a private launch or sharing the page with a specific audience before a public announcement.
What your fans see
Before tickets go on sale
As long as all your upcoming dates are in pre-registration, your page automatically appears in pre-registration mode, with a vertical cover, countdown, and tagline.
Fans can pre-register in one click and select several dates without leaving the page.
For each selected date, the fan is added to your contacts and marked as interested in the event. You can then reach them again when tickets go on sale.

When tickets go on sale
As soon as at least one date goes on sale, your Event Series automatically switches to one of two layouts, depending on the type of dates you bring together:
- Tour: designed for artist tours. Each date is displayed with its city and day.
- Event Series: designed for club seasons and other event series. Each event is displayed with its own cover and name.
💡 You can also add dates that are not sold on Shotgun. When fans click on them, they are redirected to the relevant ticketing platform.
Fans who pre-registered for that date also receive a notification and an email letting them know that tickets are now available.
Retarget fans who haven't bought yet
For each event, a segment containing fans who pre-registered but have not bought a ticket yet is automatically created.
You can use this segment to:
- Send an email campaign
- Give access to exclusive tickets
- Create a Meta retargeting audience
