In just a few clicks, you generate a ready-to-use embed that stays synced with your Shotgun setup. Prices, availability, and updates are always up to date.

Step 1 : Access the widget page

From your Smartboard, go to My Page > Widget.

This section gathers all available widget types, along with live previews to help you choose the right one.

My Page (iframe)

Embed your Shotgun public page, including your profile and all your events. Best if you want a full Shotgun experience directly on your site.

You can customize:

• Theme → Light or Dark
• Transparent background → Enable or disable
• Show page details → Display or hide your Shotgun public page header, including:
  • Cover image
  • Follow button
  • Logo
  • Description and social links

Event (iframe)

Embed a single event page, with ticket selection and checkout. Ideal for landing pages or dedicated event pages. You can select the event you want to embed using the "Select event" drop-down menu.

You can customize:

• Theme → Light or Dark
• Transparent background → Enable or disable

Event Listing (HTML/JavaScript)

Embed a feed of your upcoming events that you can style more deeply. The Event Listing widget uses HTML, which allows more advanced styling and layout control. Best if you want tighter visual integration with your website.

You can customize:

• Colors → Text, dates, loading state, borders, and display accents
• Layout → Shotgun default theme or alternative layout
• Display event tags
• Display Sold Out badge
• Description filter
• Venue name filter
• Date filter

Step 3 : Copy/Paste your widget code into your website code

Once everything looks right: Click Copy Code > Paste it into your website’s HTML.
